Newbie Question, House hacking
I need some advice. I am looking into my first first rental property via house hacking but I feel like I might be priced out South florida since my buget is around 400,000 and I have a family which I need at least there rooms. My question question is should I try house hacking or just purchase my first invest property somewhere else where I can purchase just a small rental to Generate cash flow?
