Finance structure- loan and seller finance
I am looking at a self storage deal. The owner is asking 550000. He wants to 400k down and to seller finance the rest. Can I get a loan for the down payment and let him carry the rest. How does this work with the bank holding lien with the loan? Any feedback please.
