Trulia removed their crime maps feature. What else are people using? ADT.com only provides general crime info for a town but not by street like Trulia used to.

https://www.countyhealthrankin... Not too sure on neighborhood scout IDK if the statistics are up to date? They also charge a hefty fee for membership. You can get a general sense if you visit the property even if out of state purchasing request your realtor to do so for you? Or just ask your realtor he won't be able to disclose that due to steering. But he could recommend you to a resourceful website.

Hey Mary, I normally use neighborhoodscout, but it shares the same limitation of ADT.com. I did a couple of searches and came across this: crimemapping.com. It's kinda neat, you can look at location of the reported incidents on the map. Hope that helps!

I've been hearing lots of controversy lately using that as criteria (like Redfin and other blog articles). Bump help for other to see this post, what do you generally use those maps for?
