How Switch Property Managers with Short Notice

Greetings,

Looking for some advice on how to do a quick property management switch. The agreement  with the 

current property manager requires 2 months notice for termination by me. For various reasons I want to 

switch to the new PM ASAP. My thought is to keep it simple, state I want to switch ASAP and offer to just pay 

the current PM the 2 months management fees to switch nowish.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
