Finding owner address for direct mail

Let's say there is a property I found which I'd like to send the owner a direct mail letter. What would be the best way to find the address of the owner. Will their real address show in the tax asssessor site or is there a better way?

Hi @Ben M. You'll need to get the owners mailing address before sending the letter. If you only have a few properties in mind, just go to the assessors site like you mentioned, you'll be able to find the owner + address.

If you have dozens or hundreds of properties like this, you'll need to skip trace those addresses to discover the mailing address + phone # + email.

Got it. Thank you Jake!
