I just came across a platform called rootstock on a BP podcast. It's very interesting, like a central property marketplace for investments. It kind of set up like fundrise, but you actually own the homes? I little confused of the platform, it looks really cool. has anyone actually used it before?

From my experience it's a platform to sell/buy homes. They also have resources to connect with agents. They work with sellers and small to large institutional buyers
