Hi Guys, I'm new here. I am now a licensed real estate broker. My husband and I have flipped two homes but we want to get our hands on some multi units! Any book recommendations out there???

@Gina Mueller

I haven't read the Multi-Family Millionaire by Brandon Turner yet but I'm guessing that would be a good place to start. Crushing It In Apartments & Commercial Real Estate by Brian Murray was good and more geared to larger multi-family. A lot of the BP books touch on 2-4 unit investing though.
