ARV/FMV
I have looked through the site but could not find the answer to my question. So here it is, Is Fair Market Value (FMV) the same as After Repair Value (ARV)?

I consider the two to generally be different.
The Fair Market Value (FMV) of a property is the current value, given the current condition and set of circumstances.
The After Repair Value (ARV) is exactly as it sounds, the estimated value of the property after repairs are completed.
In theory, the FMV and ARV should be the same once the repairs are completed.
