price dropping on property

I found a property that was originally listed at 159k. About a month later price dropped to 145k. About a month after that it dropped again to 135k. 

my question is, do I wait and hope they drop it more or make an offer for alot less or a little less?

 Offer 95k, but run your numbers 1st!
