How to start a group home and is it worth it?

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are looking into buying a property to start a group home in PA. Does anyone have any information on where to start? Also, our hope is to be able to help those who have aged out of the foster system, but this is also an investment opportunity. Is the risk worth it financially?
