Up and down duplex property landscape and snow removal

How do you include in the agreement that tenants do landscape or snow removal and if you have an up and down duplex who does what?

Can an up and down duplex share laundry room or should they have their own?

If both are set up with their own hook ups for a washer and dryer, the easiest for many reasons is to each have their own. As for snow removal and cutting the lawn, hire someone to do it and build that cost into the rent.  Eg instead of advertizing it for $1500, advertize it for $1600 and say rent includes snow removal and mowing.  Make sure you get estimates for lawn cutting and snow removal first.
