I'd keep buying right here in Scottsdale, AZ. If money wasn't an issue I'd just be doing bigger deals and more deals.

I'm most comfortable sticking to the "invest in what you know" mindset. And I know Scottsdale like the back of my hand. That, plus I like investing where I live. I'm very hands on with my projects.
