QUICK QUESTION??

I have a client that wants to purchase an investment property and then another client who wants to purchase their first home. How can I structure this with a Lease Option and how do I do place myself into this transaction to where I get paid as well?

Excellent way to get paid twice on one deal, Anna. I just saw a video breakdown of how to do this a day or two ago. You have your end buyer and then potentially, your end buyers end buyer lined up. PM me and I'll send you the link. I'm not sure if pasting the link breaks the bp rules or not so better to be safe....

Kudos,

Mary
