Best FSBO sites for Ontario, Canada
Hello BP community!
One source to find off-market deals is to check FSBO sites. I have googled a few, but wonder what others have found useful. Are there any FSBO sites that you are checking regularly for potential deals in Ontario (my main areas are Barrie and Ottawa, but open to explore others)?
More broadly speaking, what strategies do you utilize to find off-market properties aside from mailing letters/cards, advertising on social media as "I buy houses", connecting with wholesalers and checking expired mls listings?
