Hi! My wife and I just went under contract for a duplex, and we’re searching for the best financing options available…hoping to find some that we might not know about. This is our 3rd duplex and 6th property total. Who do you use for financing your deals? We have used local banks in the past but with todays rates we are looking for a better option. Thanks!
