Lodi, CA for possible STR or MTR

Hi, I'm investigating the town of Lodi, CA for a possible STR or MTR. I'm curious if anyone has any success with either of these strategies there and also where they found information on obtaining a STR permit. What I'm looking at is a 1 bed/1 bath small bungalow so also curious if this size would work well for this area. Any other feedback/suggestions welcome!
