Things to look for when buying apartment buildings
Hi - I have bought real estate before but mainly duplexs. I am expanding into apartment buildings but I would love to know what are some of the major expenses while buying those buildings. I know roof is a major cost, but other than that any thoughts on what other major expenses should I factor? Thanks a lot !
