is anyone familiar with the San Antonio market as far as whether it would be a good appreciation play? considering looking at turnkey 2-4 multis, just not too familiar with the market, thank you

@Joe Benson We focus on the smaller multifamily side here in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.  Please let me know if you have questions on certain areas or neighborhoods.  I think the San Antonio market still has a lot of room for growth so if you are looking for an appreciation play I think San Antonio could be a good market for that.
