Pre foreclosure lists
Does anyone know where I can find a pre foreclosure or Notice of default list for the Atlanta, GA, area; specifically homeowners who are behind on their mortgage payments by 2-3 months? I tried using ListSource, however in the state of Georgia there does not seem to be a pre foreclosure of default process which means a legal notice has not been filed officially stating the owner is behind on payments. Should I then choose pending auction date? Will this option give me the results I am looking for? Help please!!
