Baltimore/Patterson Park

Hi Everyone! I hope everyone is having a prosperous and successful week.

I am not familiar with the Baltimore area. I may be pursuing a property in this area to wholesale and wanted to know if this was an area that investors were interested in. Either as buy and hold or a flip.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

The simple answer is yes. There are a lot of very active investors in Baltimore.

Baltimore can be tricky. Values can change dramatically in just one or two blocks. Without knowing the city, this can make getting comps and assessing value difficult. There is not secret, you simply have to drive the streets and you will see why one block is worth more than the next. Good luck - Ned
