Does anyone have experience investing in 55+ communities?

Hello! Does anyone have experience investing in 55+ communities? I am 33 years old and would like to purchase a property in one. Tenants may be section 8 housing recipients. The homes in these communities are much cheaper than comparable homes in California that are not part of these communities.

Thank you!

@David Yee Personally, I've never done it but know other investors who have been successful investing in 55+ communities. If you're going to go into it, it's best to get to know the market including the types of clientele you'll be working with and get to know the niche as a whole. Best of luck with things!
