Looking for local knowledge
Im an out of state investor considering making an offer on a home in Nashville. The house is located just south of Briley, between Knight and 24. Since I am not able to visit the area, does anybody have any insight on this particular neighborhood? Is it desirable or potentially up and coming? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
