How Long Is the Eviction Process?

I am new to investing in Isla Verde (Carolina) Puerto Rico and I have a property that I am considering renting out.  My question is: If I need to evict a tenant for non payment-in general-how long does that process take?

It really depends on the state and municipality. In California, I would suspect it would be quite long.
