Real Estate Investing Bookkeeping

What’s the best way to reach out to investors that need bookkeeping help? I’m an online bookkeeper and I’d like to work with investors, because I eventually would like to get into real estate investing.
Also, what services do you use for bookkeeping? Do you use other accountants/bookkeepers or do you do it yourself?

Nothing beats attending investor meetings (in personal and virtual) and sharing what you do.  Provide value around your niche.
