I prefer texts for one or two reasons. If I call and cannot reach the seller, I have to keep calling back until I can reach them. Once I send a text, the message stays there until they are available to respond back at their convenience. The second thing I like about text is I do not have to catch people on the phone when they are in a bad mood to talk about selling their house. That's just me. Others may see different
