Hey What's going on BP family 

Real Quick. For all investors, even other agents, in and around the area what is the biggest value that an Agent (especially investment RE) can bring an investor in a deal. Im just starting out in this new career and Im figuring out my way on how to build the strongest relationships first and worrying about everything else second. I'd love to hear what you all would say besides generally a good deal. Lastly, does anyone know of any investor meetups? I have one coming up later in June but I would love to know about some other ones that may be good.
