Real Estate Professional 750 Hours

For the 750 hours needed to be a real estate professional, does someone have examples of what counts as working on real estate? Does correspondence with tenants, contractors etc count? Researching properties, looking at properties, paying bills, lease agreements etc?

Thanks

It can be any and all those items you mentioned. You have to keep a log of your activities. And they won't approve you if you have a W2 job. Your CPA can help you set this up.
