Hey @Michael Johnson - I know @Jason Bott is active on BP and does insurance up north but also in Chicago.

I also have several local brokers I can refer to you...if nothing else just consider using state farm.  I didn't switch over from state farm until I had some leverage with several buildings that were larger.
