Rookie investor Looking to network, make connections and do deals

Hello everyone,

I am a truck driver, who always loved Real Estate , but had been stuck in analysis paralysis for about a year now. Just recently I've been taking a lot of action, trying to put myself out there to network, make connections with people and do deals. I started my LLC and started making offers on properties for a month now.

I am looking to grow my business/ portfolio with buying/holds and fix/flips. Anyone wants to connect in the Chicagoland area let me know. I am down to meet people in the Real Estate world. So we can help grow each others business.

Thank you!!

Hey @Eric Matthews - First off....this is probably the hardest time in 15 years to get into real estate so don't feel like you are alone!  Congrats on making some offers that the only way things are going to get moving....continue to write offers WHEREVER the offer needs to be for the deal to work.

NEVER be afraid to write offers!

We have an in-person Chicago event coming up this Saturday if you can make it, it's an awesome way to connect with other investors in your shoes and ahead of you.
