Anyone Looking at Investing in GA Near the up and Coming Hyundai Mega EV Plant?
I just came back from a vacation to GA and heard about a Mega EV and EV battery plant under construction outside of Savannah that's opening up in 2025 that's expected to employ 8100 people.
Would a mega plant boost the local economy and real estate market? What kind of appreciation could one expect in the class B SFH market within a 10 mile radius?
