Hello Everyone,

We were presented with an off market opportunity direct to seller who is trying to sell a piece of land on Garfield Ave in Kansas City. Ground up development is not our specialty and we are not too familiar with this market. Given that information, we are trying to see if there is anything we can do with the lead. If anyone is active in that market and wants to discuss let me know.
