Need advice on deal with possible deed issues

Hello everyone,

Just want to get different opinions about a deal. There is a house that has been on the market for about five months with a couple of contingent/pending sales. The seller has agreed to pay 30k less than what it was originally listed for months ago however I saw a couple changes with the deed that makes me question if there are underlying issues. Throughout the last decade the bank has owned the house off and on, but this was before the current owner, it looked as though there was a transfer of the deed due to one of the previous owners passing. So, the deed showed a transfer from the two names and now just the one. The remaining name sold it to the current owner however with the current owner there was a corrective deed in place. I am asking for other options because I don't know if I am overthinking this situation and there is just a lot of activity with this property but nothing to worry about or if this is some type of indication that there is something going on with legitimacy of the deed.

Any advice is welcomed.
