Equity for Large MF Deal

Hello,

I have a 142-unit property under PSA in Norman OK. Our team has been working to raise capital for the deal. It has been difficult finding pref equity. I am reaching out to the BP community to see if there is anyone who has a connection to an equity source. 

The property is located 2.5 miles from the campus of Oklahoma University in Norman, OK. It’s a $10.65M purchase with an assumable Freddie SBL at 3.06%. Equity need is $5.5M.

Would you happen to know of any sort of sources or potential partners? Appreciate any help here.
