Bad Credit and bouncing back

We purchased our first rental property (in my personal name) in January 2023. Everything was going well until we ran out of money fixing it up. I took out We became late on the payment (2 months) and are now on time. I took out a loan to complete the reno's but because we didn't have the tenant at the time we fell behind on this too. We'd like to refinance this into our LLC to lessen the load on our credit. Can this be done and are there any DSCR loan companies that would do this? Would love to chat more.
