I am a local Realtor/Investor here in Lubbock, Texas! I have gotten a ton of questions lately about the Lubbock market, and wanted to open a fourm up here. With Lubbock starting to explode with new developments, it's easy to see why with it's ever growing population as well as being home to Texas Tech University and 2 major hospitals (University Medical Center & Covanent Medical Center). Lubbock is also one of the strongest appreciating markets in the state (bonus!!)
