Need advice on MHP purchase

Is anyone in the BP world familiar or live close to Jacksonville AL that would be willing to help me with a property review or answer questions about the location?

Recommend local RE Broker most will do this type of work for a modest fee. And if not them an appraiser and if not them pay a civil engineer to do a look see on the infrastructure or lack thereof.  old parks on private water and sewer systems need very intense investigation to make sure you dont get fubared .
