Hi Shawn, thanks for replying my post and suggestion.. yes agree New Jersey is very expensive to do real estate.. I am interested in long term rental to meet 1% deal but it seems impossible also I am little hesistant with out of state investment..would you mind sharing your contact to talk further? Thanks
