Landowner needing advice on JV with Developer
Hello, I own 6 acres of vacant cleared land in Southwest, GA. I wanted to get some recommendations or advice as to how I could potentially partner with a developer that may specialized in rural development. The land is in a pretty good location in a rural county. Any information is greatly appreciated.
