Looking to connect with other investors in Albuquerque, NM!
Happy Tuesday everyone!
I’m newer to real estate investing, hoping to buy one of my first properties in the next month or two. I would love to connect with other investors in the Albuquerque, NM area that would enjoy meeting up from time to time to talk real estate and build off each other. My husband is supportive, but definitely not as passionate as I am so I’m looking for someone that shares the same excitement and passion about investing as I do.
Currently looking at a couple properties with an ADU in hopes to rent out the main house long term and use the ADU as a midterm rental. Anyone with experience in midterm rentals that has advice to share, shoot me a message!
