Auto repair/inspection station Rental Rate
Hey everyone! I recently purchased my first property which happened to be a commercial property that has, among other things, a 2 bay automotive repair shop/inspection station. The current tenant has been there for many years but he has decided to move and I need to find a new tenant. I'm struggling trying to figure out what the rent should be for something like that. Anybody have any ideas?
