I am posting for a friend who is interested in this property. 

4209 Warbonnet St, Memphis, TN 38109

It is a fully rehab turnkey property. I wanted to get some feedback from you guys regarding the location of the property. It is close to the westwood community center. Any concerns on get rentals in this location? Or any other concerns? Please let me know your thoughts.

I personally like investing in this area. If you don't want to rehab a property them go for it. You really need an agent to help you, hopefully your not overpaying from a turnkey company. Goodluck and let me know if I can help in any way.
