Gifting a House
Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to see what everyone’s thoughts are on gifting a property. I have a family member that is willing to gift me one of their rental properties. Is this as simple as going to to county recorder and transferring it into my name? Do I even need to have a title company involved? Thanks in advance
