College Spring Break and the market

The second week of college spring break is coming to its end. While cities like Miami Beach are trying to crack down on spring breakers, Fort Lauderdale still welcomes them with open arms as it has since the 50s.

This is one of the most reliable times to have a short term rental all over Broward county, with streams of college kids (with rich parents) coming in to party like they don't have an exam on Monday.

There's still two week left! Get something to rent! Drop a message and let's connect.
