I must confess, as a real estate agent, I love working with my buyers and sellers and providing the best service possible, but I also enjoy working with wholesalers. I have had the opportunity to work with Rocco Forte at my office, where we find potential properties, run the numbers, visit the property, come back and fine-tune the underwriting, make offers, negotiate with the agent, get into deals, get out of deals, and work with buyers.

I love real estate. It's a fantastic adventure.
