Lead Based Paint Mandatory Risk Assessments in 2025 (Outside of NYC)
Good evening BP'ers!
I'm seeing that later this year, it will become mandatory for property owners of buildings with 2+ units to be evaluated for lead based paint if built prior to 1980.
Has anyone dealt with these lead assessments that have come up positive and the abatement required to either encapsulate or remove the LBP?
