Tax Delinquent Government List

Hello,

I'm trying to upload the daily tax delinquent list from the arapahoe county, Colorado website. The file downloads off of the government site as a .txt file. I have converted that to an excel and cvs file and uploaded both of them into google sheets. When uploading I'm able to set the delimiter as (|) but it doesn't sort it at all leaving one jumbled mess. I've tried using formula =SPLIT(A1, "|") and dragging the formula down but still no luck. I have taken all columns and only 15 rows to make the data smaller. Then did all the same steps. Also "split text to columns"  option is grayed out in all cases or if it's not the system will crash. Has anyone worked with this daly tax list before? Do you know of a better way to take large list like this and get them formatted correctly?

Thank you,
