Connecting with Wholesalers, Bird Dogs, Connectors with Buyer Lists/Investors

Hello,

I am a Realtor and investor in Michigan. Where do you find good wholesalers, bird dogs, or anyone that has a buyer/investor list? Sometimes I come across interesting properties that need to be moved (I currently have one that I need help moving) or sometimes I would like to pick up a property or two myself and I have already been through everything on the MLS. I am all for mutually beneficial deals for everyone but don't know where to connect with solid people with buyer/investor lists and/or deals. Facebook groups all seem to be dead.

Have you been to the Ann Arbor Meetup for investors?

Just be careful, 90% of Wholesalers have little experience and crappy deals. Have even seen them trying to wholesale MLS lisings!
