I’ve been spending time analyzing the current state of the non-performing note (NPL) market and noticing that inventory feels tighter than usual lately. It seems like the days of easily finding discounted paper might be slowing down.

I’m curious — how are you all adjusting your strategies in today’s market? Are you:

• Shifting toward reperforming or performing notes?

• Getting deals through private sellers, hedge funds, or another route?

• Focusing more on due diligence or deal structure in this cycle?
