Hi,

How to inspect backyard of the interested property online. I am able to use zillow street view to view front yard and then the driveway and front road etc. But I am not able to see backyard online. I like to avoid big trees very near to backyard also uneven sloped land , potential rain water related drainage issues, detention ponds etc. Please advise

Go to land development website of the city/county you are in. Most have interactive mapping layers to view these concerns. A Realtor can usually look up previous listings for an address too - or look up the neighbor addresses to see if their listing photos include a vantage point into the subject property's yard.
