Looking for a mentor (will contr

Posted

Hi BiggerPockets community,

I’m an electrical engineer based in New Jersey, and I’m looking for a real estate mentor who’s willing to take on a dedicated, driven learner. I don’t have much capital or real estate experience yet, but I’m serious about breaking into real estate the right way — by learning directly from someone who’s done it. Though I am based in New Jersey I would be open to a virtual mentorship as well!

I’m smart, tech savvy, and analytical with a solid income and stable lifestyle. More importantly, I’m coachable. I take direction well, absorb information quickly, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. Whether it’s helping you research deals, run numbers, manage tasks, or shadow your process, I’m happy to work for free in exchange for mentorship and a chance to learn.

I’m not looking for handouts I just want the opportunity to be around someone who’s built something real, so I can learn, grow, and eventually build something of my own.

If you’re open to mentoring someone willing to learn and willing to hustle, I’d love to connect.

Thanks for reading,

Richie

@Richard Herro Jr. welcome to BP. Years ago I wrote a blog here on finding a mentor. You might find it useful.
